That stuff, in inverted commas, is easy.
The emotions, the past, the people is much more challenging.
But if you know how to approach it from from an educational, scientific and informational way with support, it's amazing the progress that can be made time and time again.
In my previous challenge, me and my team were just blown away by even not only the emotional shifts and changes and increase of awareness and more compassion that women developed,
but also funnily enough, some symptoms improving in their body as well.
So the link is down below, but it's healendometriosisnaturally.com.
And I think it's challenge underscore, unblock underscore, uh, emotional challenge, but I may not have that correct, but do click on the link wherever you see it and make sure to join before tomorrow.
The doors close at 5pm tomorrow, which is Wednesday, the 10th of August.
Now, if you're listening to this after the challenge has started, there is a self-study challenge, which again has been run for several years with great success, huge amount of testimonials.
So please read them.
And again, if you feel like you're ready for a challenge, my team will support you
you know, give you encouraging emails sort of once or twice a week on that when you're doing the self-study.
But this is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a group and really feel the positivity and the progression.
And of course, the possibility of what's possible in your body with the right information, right education and the right expert support.
So I hope to see you on the 20 day challenge that starts tomorrow.
Until then, take care to your health.
