The brain, the mind hasn't got fully sort of chirping yet.
You've got access to your brain.
And this is the beauty of the journaling.
It is transformative.
You just have to read the biographies or the autobiographies of some of the most successful people in history throughout time.
They journaled in the morning.
And that's the key is journaling in the morning because you're accessing different parts of your brain.
Equally, if you have questions that you want answered, write in your journal at night the question and have faith that the answer will come to you.
Your brain, your brilliant brain will start processing and come up with the answers.
Just have faith.
Just let it go and it will come back to you.
Again, this is why meditation, relaxation, mindfulness is so, so important to you at this stage of the journey, because not only is it restorative to your cells, it's lowering your nervous system.
So it doesn't compete with your immune system.
It keeps your immune system functioning and working.
Your central nervous system isn't constantly turned up like a dial.
We have to keep that turned down and lower, but also it allows us to get into the deeper parts of the brain.
Our normal brain frequencies is about 20, I don't know what measure it is, about 20 kilowatts or whatever when we're in our busy state.
But in alpha state, when we're going to do through meditation or just about to go to sleep, it's at about 10 and it's at that kind of measure that
that we can actually tap into this inner genius.
Now, some people call it intuition, your instincts, higher power, God, whatever, whatever that is for you, but you know, you have it.
