The sorry sight of their droopy leaves are an immediate reminder to act quickly and lovingly with water to prevent the sharp decline towards the waste paper basket.
Anyway, the following day, I took longer to inspect my plants after I'd returned.
It was then that I noticed something significant with the two particular plants I had bought before I'd gone away.
When I left, they were identical.
One had been placed in my kitchen window and the other was being placed in my hole.
When I returned, one was thriving and the other one was close to death and dying.
It got me thinking how the environment we were born in, grew up in and live in have such a big impact on our lives.
These plants were only 12 feet apart, but that had a huge difference on their growth and would be their future.
Sadly, the one that was in the hole is no longer.
It's pure, futile form felt the insides of the waste piece per basket soon after I'd noticed it.
This really does go to show the impact of environment.
It's the same for everything in life, including endometriosis.
When you look at what endometriosis is in its very basic form, it is a disease exacerbated by hormonal imbalance and inflammation.
In a healthy environment with a healthy body, you have the benefit of an amazing immune system.
that is able to mop up and eradicate any displeased tissue, unwanted bacteria and disease-causing pathogens.

For those who have been listening to my podcast for some time, you will know that I struggled in the past to comprehend the various elements affecting the health of my body.
I was very naive.
I was very impatient and very dismissive about such factors being able to affect my body.
