After many fraught and tumultuous years, I feel so blessed to spend this Christmas with my children and remember how lucky we are to be at this point in our lives, at where we are living and to be around the heartfelt people that we now know.
So beware of marketers' messages and always come back to your own heart, soul and instincts.
Keep increasing your awareness of how people affect you and never, ever feel guilty.
You only have one life and I know that 2020 is going to be your year.
I know that you will take that leap of faith and do something differently and finally put yourself to the forefront of your life.
As a woman with endometriosis, it is necessary for full health and pain-free body to do that.
Because you matter.
You are important.
And do not let anyone, whoever they are, tell you otherwise.
Seek to have supporters around you.
Seek people who believe in you.
Consider swapping out so-called friends
for nice friends if they stand you up, let you down or put you down.
Learn how to become your own best friend and surround yourself with like-minded, heart-centered women like endobosses.
You see, you only have one life, so make sure that you think seriously about how you are going to live it differently as this year draws to a close.
And as I sign out this podcast, I do wish you a very Merry Christmas and as always, keep you number one.
