So like if you do, there's this fantastic, gluten-free, wheat-free cake place opened up around the corner from me called Sugar Daddy's.

It's just like, but I know I can equate it.
I can equate it to, I'm like, oh, it's because I have that pain.
So yeah, exactly.
It's not like I'm saying you should eat rabbit food for the rest of your life.
But you know that the way you are eating, how it correlates.
I'm able to slowly kind of,
because I really am anti-diets, totally anti-diets, anti kind of strict regimes and things, because otherwise, you know, the chance of these things being long-term are like minuscule.
This is a lifestyle change forever.
but the difference is like we're talking and i hope that this is women are listening to this going oh i get it now it's like yeah there'll be things i mean wheat i'm a big no-no on yes lately big fat cross on everything but there are other things that your body will have and your body will go okay i'll let you away with that one this time and then go no we don't want that too much and then the difference is you go i kind of knew that
So, you know, I know what to do to help my body.
And that there becomes a friendship with your body, which is so different.
Because I really don't like the word diet because it has restrictions on it.
