And I'm like, no, I advocate meat if it's grass fed hormones.
And I said, look, we have these teeth for a reason.
We're allowed to eat meat, but just not the rubbish that's being presented to us.
And I said, but why don't you give, and I'm like, well, I don't want to put those conditions on the women I work with because it's not going to last.
You know, the only thing I say is no wheat because it's so abrasive to the intestinal tract.

Because there's the physical and there's the reduction and elimination of pain.
And then there's kind of getting your head around the foods and the products and all that kind of stuff.
