I set up a trail camera the night of the 15th.

I'd brought two of them, good ones, browning recons.

I put one on the path where I'd seen the carvings, aimed at one of the marked trees.

I put the other one on the small food plot Papa used to keep up behind the cabin.

On the morning of the 16th, before I went out hunting, I walked to the food plot camera and pulled the SD card.

I brought it back to the cabin and stuck it in my laptop to look through the pictures.
