And it's raining fucking cats and dogs.

So the first house that we see, we we go over to it and they've got like a little awning in front of their garage.

And we didn't know if anyone was home or not, but the chickens were home because the chickens made a lot of noise.

They would go inside the they were like fifteen feet to our right and they would go inside the chicken coop whenever it was raining.

And as soon as it would stop, they'd come right back out and start pecking around.

And as soon as the drizzle came back, they'd go right back into the chicken coop.

They never They didn't run us off like might have happened more here.

But they also didn't help us, which is okay.

The roof is more than than we needed.

Well also if we had kept our packs on, they would have pushed us out into the rain.

Yeah, it was a tiny little spot we were hanging out in.

And the beauty of all this is that this trail, there's basically a town every other day, it feels like.

Yeah.

Which it might be part of the reason why we think it's kind of A T ish.

The A T doesn't have towns every other day, but you can easily do like a three to four day resupply and just blow to the next town.
