I've pulled hamstrings in this league and I always say it's lame to stretch before to be like the guy stretching and doing warmups, but it's more lame to be the guy who shows up to work on Monday and is like, I literally pulled my hamstring at co-ed kickball.

So I just hop straight into deadlifts and my back's hurt.
I'm like, yeah.
Can't do it anymore.

So, yeah, I would say, honestly, most of this team is there 15 minutes early, like, doing calisthenics.
Good.
I might tell, I might, I might tell, I might send a text that says no beer tonight until after.
Because sometimes, sometimes people are drinking in the dugout, you know?
I had teammates at college who would practice high, like a full fucking 24 period D one football practice high.
And I was like, how the fuck do you even make it through warmups?
I like, I just, it, it's so it's fascinating, but there are people who like really
like to function well, like, I think you just like being high.
I don't know.
I'm not that way, but holy fuck.
There are people like, I think I'm, I'm thinking of one person in particular who was in my position group.
So I was with him.
