So I went through the whole document in the fourth mind, literally line by line, and compared what he was saying with what I had observed over the years.

So, they are something physical.
They are not from here for the simple reason, if he's right and they have a quadrospheric brain, four lobes on their brain, then absolutely they are not from Earth.
Everything on this planet, every animal on Earth is hemispheric brain.
Therefore, they are evolved in a different evolutionary track than we are on.
Simple as that.
Well, I think the small ones that are about three feet tall are manufactured.
But they are highly intelligent at the same time.
And, you know, looking at them is like looking at a machine that's smarter than you are, a bug that's smarter than you are.
It's very weird.
The taller ones have personality.
