And I think they should be

very much in the mix to win the NFC North again.

You know, it's kind of a loaded conversation because I guess the pro team here, which is a tier below the MLS, Detroit City FC, has a rabid and I'll call it territorial following.

And for as much as that team is loved, those fans have resisted the idea of an MLS team coming to Detroit.

They like Detroit City FC as it is.

And, you know, it was kind of a crowning achievement a couple years ago when I

I believe they played the Columbus crew here, and Detroit City FC beat them in that game.

And it was probably a diluted Columbus crew lineup.

But at that point, I think a lot of people decided, hey, we have MLS caliber soccer here now, and we're going to hang tight with Detroit City FC.

They're in the process of building a new stadium for the team right downtown.

They just relocated to a new facility.

like, practice facility.

So, you know, it seems to me like all of the money and investment here is behind DCFC.

And I suppose, in theory, they could eventually climb the ranks to MLS.

I just don't get the sense there's much interest in that among the fans who invest in this team most.
