And that was the push was to include more of the like box office favorites, the big, the big like movies that get released every year, which sometimes don't get any recognition in the best, best picture category.
They expanded the best picture category.
And so now things like F1 are nominated for best picture this year.
Like, who saw F1 and was like, this is best picture?
I don't think many people did.
I find that really strange that that was included.
Frankenstein, Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein was included.
Hamnet, which is too sad for me to ever even see.
If you want to look up Hamnet and what it's all about, it stars Paul Mescal and Jesse Buckley, both very talented actors.
It's the saddest topic I could ever imagine.
