I've experienced remarkable hospitality.
On a Southwest Airlines flight, I've experienced it at a UPS store.
All it requires is making the choice to be a bit more thoughtful.
And that's an opportunity that every one of us has.

So what you're referencing is years after I started at Eleven Madison Park, I began there as an employee, then I was able to buy the restaurant.
And when I got there, it was a middling brasserie in New York City.
The food was good, but it wasn't great.
The service was friendly, but not very precise.
But gosh, our dining room, it was one of the most beautiful in the world.
