There's always the possibility of wanting to go a little younger, trying to develop somebody who's in the assistant coaching ranks or maybe going to get somebody who's a little older, a little bit more experienced.
But I think for sure, Bryce, I think throughout the years when you see his draft work, first off, he loves guys who prioritize the defensive end.
When you think about Herb Jones, you think about Jose Alvarado, Najee Marshall, Dyson Daniels, these are all guys who he has, you know,
really committed to in the past guys who can defend multiple positions bring kind of that dog mentality right i think he really loves those type of guys and also i think you do something he's kind of tapped into in previous years i think it's interesting guys who maybe have a couple years of experience at the college level where those guys are gonna kind of get thrown away in the past right if you're not a one and done type of guy then people kind of pick you apart over the years where you look at some of the guys i mentioned right herb jones played four years in college naji marshall
plays multiple years in college.
Jose Alvarado was a four-year guy, and they came in and had a media impact, so I think that's something that he kind of tapped into, and I'll be interested to see if he continues to do that in Chicago, finding some of these guys who are a little bit more experienced, guys who understand what role they need to play at the NBA level.
I think that's something that he's done really well in the past, and obviously...
To bring Chicago up, you've got to find that next star, the next guy who everybody can look to and say, okay, he's the guy who's going to lead us, and that's going to be the biggest test for Bryson.
But I think he's done an amazing job at finding role players who can play a specific role but also understand what their role is when they step into the building and not need two or three years to kind of figure it out.
Thanks, Will.
Appreciate y'all for having me on.

No, what's funny is I was at the arena last night. I was joking with a buddy of mine telling him that I was going to be on the show. And I was like, yeah, man, I get to go on the show. And it's like, these guys are lucky because they chose the best week ever to be Pelican super fans. You got to see.

Yeah, I think, you know, in short, no, there's no way they should be this bad. I think, you know, I kind of break the season up into segments because, you know, earlier in the season around November, that's when literally everybody was out. And it was like the starting lineup was like Brandon Ingram, Brandon Boston, Jeremiah Robinson, Earl.
