Something I thought that was really interesting in what I saw that you talk about is reoccurring injuries.
And I want to talk a little bit about that because I have had one myself.
And so I know that I know when it's happening, it's getting ready to happen.
Do you see that a lot in people over 50 and a reoccurring injury where it doesn't seem to get better and progressively goes back to the same injury over and over with what somebody's having?
What is that?
Why does that happen?
Is it because you've not gotten better?
100%.
Yes, I feel like you're talking to me directly, but yes.
But I'm thinking of it as you're talking about that.
So what do you do though?
If the pain has gone away, how much longer do you treat that?
I'm always excited when I can stop treating something because I think, wow, look what I beat the system.
Well, it was funny because I knew you were coming this week and I read that.
And then, I don't know, like two Thanksgivings ago, I hurt my back.
I had frozen shoulder, which I'm sure that you hear a lot about.
It's rough.
It's no joke.
And I'd love to hear your thoughts about that because I know a lot of women that I talk to are dealing with that.
But I couldn't, I was doing, I was squatting and I had my hands on one part of the barbell and I was like, you know what, I'm okay.
