Yeah, um, so uh understanding consciousness is is a great place to start.
Um I'm very much into words, so understanding the origins of a word to kind of understand that vibratory frequency, so etymology and definitions are critical for people.
That's why I loved, you know, you asked for a definition.
This is so the viewers and us we're on the same page on my definition, and sure, people can disagree with that.
And we can have a conversation, etc.
But the process internally starts with consciousness.
What is it?
Consciousness is threefold, right?
You have thoughts, emotions, and actions in that order itself, right?
From the mind, it initiates an emotion, a frequency, a vibration, which has an effect.
Effect on the whole system, and thus you make a free will choice, or you just make a choice, right?
Because free will is, you know, it's not actual, it's potential.
So someone under mind control is making a choice, but did they act within their own free will capacity?
That's up for question.
Um, so understanding that threefold process of
Consciousness itself.
And that's a great starting point, right?
So we've already mentioned looking at yourself and writing down.
