It wasn't like now where we're consuming everything through our phone and headphones and maybe on public transport when we're taking music in.

And back to the very first music that you remember buying.

So what's the first that that saw you hand over your good money for a record at some point?

Yeah, we'll play a bit in a second, but just when I think about this, uh it's amazing when people watch Top of the Pops and actually seeing, you know, the bands performing live across and so on as well was an was a door open in many ways to maybe different music than what they would hear at home.

Yeah.

And then also in that kind of period, obviously the radio would have played a big impact in terms of what was people were listening to.

Now people probably hear about music in a slightly different way.

It's algorithms, it's uh you know, what's been shared by other people, or AI almost decides we listen to.

It's a very different time when you're sitting down in front of the telly.

And you go, actually I'm really interested in that song or that band.

Yeah.

Well look, the lion sleeps tonight.
