Will that help this league to be more sustainable if the young players are commanding a decent fee now?

I don't know what Carla looks for in players, I'm being honest.

She's doing an amazing job right now as national manager.

I've spoke about certain players that we have.

I know that she's focused on the girls who are residents of Ireland at this current time.

And I hope one, if not at least two of them can break into her squad this year.

That's very planned for.

But if Maddy and Hannah stick around long enough and get the residency, we'll see if Carla decides our next manager.

With all this talent, I hope there's enough coaches around to actually help them.

Obviously, the FAI have been laying off coaches at the moment and we're kind of made aware that Fingal are now short of a development officer currently.

I don't know if that's going to be replaced.

I think if we are going to bring these elite players through and there's going to be a pathway for these players to improve, it's vitally important we have the right coaching structures, isn't it?

I know you love the league.

I know everyone loves this day because they come along and they can mingle and have a chat and whatever else.

But when you consider the media coverage, when you consider live games now every Friday night, the story is able to be carried throughout the season.

This feels like a really, really good time for the league now.

Well, the other thing as well is, quite aside from the money, these are memories the club will never forget.

Like with your Dundalk team, you think about Warsaw, you think about Zenit, you think about all these people, Barry Borisoff along the way.

They're nights Dundalk fans will never forget.
