We find that we make sure people are qualified for their job.

We make sure they don't have a criminal background.

We make sure they don't have a history of violating privacy and security rules.

and like leaking information like that guy does.

So these guys who are coming in from Musk, they have no vetting, right?

And they have access to your information.

And in this case, somebody who's directly unqualified and directly a threat based on his past behavior.

So that's one aspect of merit.

But let me come to your point about merit as sort of a black and white or about minorities.

There are a lot of people in America who believe that DEI in some versions went too far and that we should judge people by merit.

And that's fine, okay?

If people wanna believe that, that's like- I agree 100%.

I agree 100%.

The idea of merit is fine.

What people need to understand is that what is going on now, what Trump and Vance and their administration are doing is not merit.

It is straight out bigotry.

And that is the point.

So America needs to decide.

Are you okay with bigotry?

Are you okay with judging people based on the color of their skin or their religion or where their parents came from with no information about their qualifications while you look the other way at all of the white people who are plainly unqualified for their jobs?
