I got Dana Gould.
I got started.
When I got started in radio with me and Jimmy way back in the day, they would run these spots for Galpin Ford.
And every year they ran the same spots, which is it's the end of the year sales showdown and Reichert Ford.
And Cincinnati has the number one Ford sales spot.
That's why we need to move trucks, F-150s, Aerostars, and folks this weekend.
Because we got to keep the crown here in L.A.
It's been here for 15 years running.
It's been Galpin's Ford.
And then I used to come on all the time and be like, listen to me.
People, listen.
Maybe you don't need a Ford Fiesta.
Maybe three or four people in the office all band together and just buy one.
Everyone just ante up like 2,800 bucks and get a Fiesta.
Maybe you don't need a panel van, but you get one anyway because we keep that.
And I would go nuts, and then I started running down this stuff like, do you guys remember what happened in 1972?
Well, 1972, the Ford sales crown went to big Walt Hefman.
Ford out in โ he was out in Kentucky, and that's when the big one hit.
And I'm not risking it.
