It was honestly, it was a fascinating year.
It was a lot of fun to watch.
I mean, I think there were a lot of guys that you definitely could make an argument in any variety of different places and orders and everything.
And you kind of get to see the exciting bit for me is you get to see what teams kind of seem to want and value.
And that's always really fun to see shake out.
So yeah.
I mean, it wasn't necessarily so much of like, oh, my God, I can't believe this guy wasn't picked or this guy was picked or whatever or where or whatever.
It was just very interesting to see the chips fall however they did.
And, yeah, it's really exciting, and I'm still trying to catch up to everything that happened over the weekend for sure.
I mean, in the top 15, I was really surprised that someone jumped on Nikita Klepov.
I mean, that is 15th overall, so we're really stretching things here a little bit.
But him going top 15 to Anaheim, I mean, Anaheim very clearly in this draft was just swinging on...
pure skill and just swinging for the fences on a lot of their early picks.
And so, for Klepov at 15, I mean, I had him as a fringe first, maybe early second.
That was one Alex Comand at 12 to New Jersey.
I was told he was going pretty early, but I, you know, I was curious as to where he would fall, and the Devils weren't really on my list for that, but...
Nevertheless, they seemed to really, really like him.
So those two guys that high was a little bit of a surprise.
But other than that, not a whole lot really blew my mind too much.
