Number two, I also feel like when you see, he only played 10 games in Vancouver, but in those 10 games, he had points on, I think, 45% of their goals, which is insanely high for a guy.
So yes, he was only, what, a point a game or so, but they didn't score a whole lot.
Yeah, they were a bad team.
Right.
So, so with Preston, I get the feeling that he's a guy where the playmaking in his game has really developed over the last 18 months.
Like last season with Spokane, he was very shot heavy.
It was just shots and shots and shots and shots.
But I think he's really developed an ability to get pucks in front of the net and drive a playmakers game a little bit more than he does.
It's just over the course of the season, he hasn't had that many guys who can actually like
finish for him, both on Spokane or in Vancouver.
So for me, I, I, I look at him and I go, I buy low on him.
I mean, I think there are reasons why teams are a little spooked about him.
And I think teams may not, you know, again, he's got swagger.
Like I know that he's a guy who went a little lower in the WHL draft because he told teams that he's like, I want to score 50 goals.
And they were like, well, too cocky to whatever, you know?
And I get that.
But I also love that about him, right?
Like it's like you can talk, you can walk it, you can say whatever you want to say.
And I believe that you're capable of it.
But if you go out there and make some of the plays that you make where it's a little bit, you know, like if he's going for a change, he'll flip the puck over the defensive blue line.
