You know, like, I think if you want to, like, get these great players, like, you just, you got to wake them up in the morning.
You got to put them to bed at night.
Like, you got to constantly recruit.
It is truly the lifeblood of our program.
And the best teams I've been on, whether that's Little League or high school football or college football now, had the best players.
And so...
How do you do that?
You got to be ultra aggressive.
You have to develop real relationships with these players.
In the age of NIL and Portal where money does matter, it still goes back to just building these relationships with the players, with their families, with their agents now, with their coaches, everybody in their circle to where when they come on your campus two, three, four, five times, they feel at home.
And then really the deal comes in after that.
So we're fishing with the big fish, you know, and not sitting back and waiting.
Yeah, for sure.
I mean, ultimately it means like players win games.
You know, we have great scheme.
I pride myself on having a great offense, great defense, great special teams now.
And everybody runs inside zone and four verticals, but it looks a lot better when you got good players doing it.
So that's our job is to get our best players, the ball as many times as possible.
So,
Um, it's not just like wide outs and running backs to me.
