And as soon as season starts, there better not be a kernel of corn on the ground in that spot that you're hunting over.
But up until then...
And that would be legal as long as there's no corn on the ground.
Mm-hmm.
Or whatever else you would feed them.
Also, we don't really have big problems with the pest animals like pigs, for example.
I know from the research, because again, I really want to go on a hog hunt.
Georgia, I guess, has some issues with that and some of the other states around us.
But the last time I looked into it, Alabama doesn't really have...
pig and hog problems to where we have that mentality when it comes to wipe them all the fuck out with any kind of animal there are certain animals coyotes a good example you know animals like that if you see it shoot it like everybody that you know will be pissed at you if you don't at least take a shot at it if you see it
But for the actual game animals that you need a license for, and you don't need a license for those pest animals.
You just see it, you shoot it.
I'm actually learning a lot.
Do you need any kind of license for groundhogs?
Yeah, that's a very different mentality than what I'm used to.
And again, because I don't hunt avidly and I've really only hunted back in the South.
That's why I'm trying to learn.
There's a lot of stuff.
We don't really have ground squirrels or prairie dogs or ground hogs or any of that.
But if we did, it would be your seven-year-olds out there shooting them with a .22, and it's out of season.
