But I drove around England for – I didn't take a car into London this time, but I spent about four days there.
And then a little over two weeks driving around London.
central and western and a little bit southern england a cornwall cotswolds i love the cotswolds then i went up to visit friends and see some haunted spots up a little bit further north lancashire and lancashire is a county i believe darwin is the name of the town adrian and his family his wife and kids it's great
And I love it when you go to places and they remember you in the hotels because, you know, you were there before and you're just weird enough.
And then they upgrade you.
You know, you buy the cheap room and they give you the best room in the house.
Little details.
It's kind of fun.
And then I also there's a town I like in the Cotswolds where the hotel is the oldest in England built as a hotel.
It was built in 1220 as a guest house.
for the abbey that it's next to.
And I always get to stay in the old part.
And last year I even got to see the lady in black.
And this year I slept in the room she killed herself in.
But I didn't see her this year.
But it was fascinating.
And he had places like Tintagel, which is the castle that's the birthplace, the supposed birthplace of Arthur.
um it's ruins high up on the cliff great exercise climbing from sea level to several hundred feet up narrow paths and stairs and visualizing seeing seeing the history i mean this is part of what i love what i do and i'm not sure who coined the phrase spiritual tourism but getting a chance to sometimes meet but other times
see what's going on this had been a site since celtic times pre-roman times and could see this stuff um aside from the ruins up there and um going out to dartmoor and visiting some of the the medieval and prehistoric sites there and getting a feel i had a friend in that area that went with me and it was nice because we were picking up
Similar things, you know pretty much the same thing in places that we went could have spent about three more days on the more It was fabulous and I think the best chef I've come across in England or on my travels at the B&B I stayed there And then Glastonbury Avebury places like that and
