And don't follow the tangent.

So it's a practice.

It's not a perfection.

I would want to find out more about the experience and what happened.

I would want the person, if they want to work with it again, to make sure that they're safe

It's important to keep oneself safe.

That's why I suggest for most new people to work with somebody you trust and see if we can help understand what really happened.

Sometimes that experience isn't necessarily what it seems.

It can be totally frightening to the person, but it could be a scary individual, not something that's a soul sucker.

You know what I mean?

Yeah.

And not to downplay the experience, but to help people understand.

And if people don't want to do it, I certainly don't insist that they adventure this way.

I think it's good for people, but you have to be ready.

And if they're not ready, I wouldn't ever want to force somebody.

It's something you can get in over your head on if you're not careful.
