Because some people talk about they keep a diary each day.

My dream journal has become the equivalent of that because I get so much insight out of them.

And certainly it does seem to...

tap into something quite profound a lot of the time that you know sometimes i sort of i'll write down my dream and think what on earth was that about because it's so totally different from what i was thinking about just before i went to sleep but there's obviously a part of me that is still communicating that and trying to it's almost like there's two separate minds in action at the same time but it's all me as well which is such an interesting kind of surreal thing to experience because i certainly had some fairly intense ones and sometimes it's been like what on earth's going on here because there's

Sometimes there's things that come in that seem like they have nothing to do with me.

But then when I reflect back on them in a more, sometimes in more felt senses, I've kind of learned about in Gestalt, for instance, which my, I've done some counseling training before.

My counseling tutor, wonderful man called Alan Leach, hope you won't mind me mentioning him here.

But he basically, his whole thing is about Gestalt and he works with people in their dreams and stuff and asking them to bring the dream into the present moment.

And it was such an interesting and surreal thing for me to witness that.

And I had a Peter, the session with me as well.

It's so.

it got to some very deep stuff very quickly and I'd never experienced anything like that.

And it was so powerful that I thought, yeah, dreams can be so revealing to me, but also so mysterious at the same time.

It's like the truthful mysteries that have no, you know, there's no real, the logical mind can't easily wipe them out and yet they convey truth at the same time.

It's kind of a, I guess you could call it paradox maybe, but it's a very kind of,

There's something about that that I'm continually drawn to now, and it seems to be coming through in my work more and more as I do it too.

I've got some short stories that I've already published on a place called Vocal, which is – I found it about five years ago now maybe, and it was just – I started to put them on there because there's a potential to get sort of passive income from them.

More people read the stories, and I thought that might be something to pursue.
