I've got this visual of something, or there's a kernel of an idea here, and it just begins to sort of flow and before I know it there's a an outline to it and there's all these other things going on.

So it does it's like this other life that I suppose I uh I'm living in my own head when I'm doing it, is is what it feels like to me when it's happening.

And obviously

Uh, I expect for other authors it might well be much the same, so

Yeah, well it's it's the whole idea sometimes of uh you know, anything that's dreamlike or slightly surreal.

I think there's uh I think there can be a real uh power to that stuff because obviously it's uh certainly in my own explorations of my dream, you know, landscapes in in writing them and stuff just for my own

tap into something quite profound a lot of the time that, you know, sometimes I sort of I'll write down my dream and think, what on earth was that about?

Because it's so totally different from what I was thinking about just before I went to sleep.

But there's obviously a part of me that is still communicating that and trying to it's almost like there's two separate minds in action at the same time.

But and it's all me as well, which is such an interesting kind of

surreal thing to experience. 'Cause I've certainly had some fairly intense ones and sometimes it's been like, what on earth's going on here?

Because there's sometimes there's things that come in that seem like they have nothing to do with me.

But then when I reflect back on them in a more sometimes in more felt sense, as I've kind of learnt about in in Gestalt, for instance, which my

his his whole thing is about Gestalt and he d he works with people in their dreams and stuff and asking them to bring the dream into the present moment.

And it was such an interesting and surreal

thing for me to witness that.

And I had a P did a session with me as well.

It was so

It got to some very deep stuff very quickly.

And I'd never experienced anything like that.
