Well, I'm a freelance writer and filmmaker, although I've not been in

gained full employment for a little while now due to mental health issues which are ongoing but I've been working on a lot of short stories I've got a draft novel which is just needing some editing and so forth I made some short films I've got some feature films written in mind for the future so that's kind of where my main sort of efforts are being directed at right now and just trying to obviously increase my income more over time through various means so

but my main interest though is has been i've been writing a lot of short stories in the past sort of year or so intermingled with the screenplays i've been writing so that's been a real um i've been deriving a lot of pleasure from that and also just exploring interesting ideas for all that as well so what is it is there a theme to the stories are you a genre or do you range far and wide

It's usually just any idea that I take an interest in.

This story, for example, I remember I was just sort of riding home on Halloween.

I think it was close to Halloween.

I always loved that time of year anyway.

And I just started to have this idea in my head because I was riding it.

It was a misty night and the atmosphere of it all kind of, I guess, was inspiring me a little bit.

And this idea just seemed to want to come through.

And that's often what happens.

I just sort of get an idea.

And before I know it, I'm just kind of rolling with it and something just seems to come out of it and I'm in the flow with it, in a flow state.

And then before I know it, I've got an entire story or screenplay written.

It just seems to come to a very

organically when it does happen.

And this one just... It was more the idea of an atmospheric kind of vampire-like figure who was stalking the streets or something about that that just really called to me.

And I just started to work and work on it.

And then based on some suggestions someone else gave to me, I made some additional...

revisions to it, just to kind of extrapolate it a little bit.
