The vast majority of our so-called experience is outside this thought window.
We don't even know that we have gallbladder, let alone what they do, right?
Most people can't name the org, they don't even know what organs they have, right?
So if if we don't even have words for them, we don't have representations for them, they don't exist, right?
Um
I remember a few years ago as a a student was saying they want it to be hollow.
And I didn't quite know what that meant at first.
And not in like the the shallow sense, in the sense that like they didn't want to have to have all of that complexity.
Because from their experience point of view, they don't.
Right?
The thing behind your eyes that's talking doesn't most of the time, unless something goes wrong, we're completely unaware that we even have all those systems operating in parallel.
We're not thinking about our toes, we're not thinking about our ears, we're not
And and and and strangely enough, we're not usually thinking about thinking.
Um, I think most of and this might again be a too strong a statement, but it seems like most people, most of the time, including myself, are not thinking about thinking.
Might be thinking, but we're not thinking about the thinking.
Right.
And then we take it a step further and think about that, but that's when you start to get nutty.
Right.
That's when your immune your mental immune system kicks in and says it's time for lunch.
That's an interesting thing.
