And then it was known long before that, that newborns are missing another pathway.

There's only two really to get you

sort of the safe pathways and they're missing the other pathway that you need.

In fact, every veterinarian knows that you cannot give a domestic cat Tylenol because they're missing one of those pathways and newborns are missing it for the first two months of life.

So the problem is, and we did a deep dive on this, published the paper in European Journal of Pediatrics and show that when all the safety studies were done around the, it was around the 1960s, 1970s, they were just looking at liver function.

And it wasn't until it was in 1984 when we figured out you can give a newborn laboratory animal so much acetaminophen, Tylenol, that it kills them, but it doesn't hurt their liver.

Those studies were done in Iowa and that was 2014.

So we've been using this drug roughly since 1886 for practical intents and purposes.

And in 2014, somebody, his name is Henrik Viberg, he tested

the drug in newborn laboratory animals and gave them at very low doses, lower than what we give to some kids, it gave them long-term brain dysfunction.

This pile of evidence, I think it should have probably been obvious as best we can tell looking back around 2009.

Nobody even thought that Tylenol could be connected with autism in 2008, but then if somebody would have really looked at that hypothesis at that time, wow, this makes so much sense.

And just nobody took it seriously.

Nobody was listening to the parents who were saying, hey, look, you know, I gave my kid a vaccine and they regressed into autism.
