Well, Trump's risks are here and they're present and they revolve around the tariffs.
So April 2026, Trump imposed 100% tariffs on all imported pharmaceuticals.
They can avoid the tariff by signing the most favoured nation deal, which is where you match the lowest price paid in other developed countries.
And they need to commit to US manufacturing onshore.
So there are ways to get around it.
But it is a risk for a lot of companies.
We saw Novo Nordisk, for example, be impacted when that was announced yesterday.
so far 17 major pharmaceutical companies have signed the most favored nation deals covering about 86 of the branded drug market if we think about here in australia csl they have major exposure to u.s sales and it is one of the reasons that they are under pressure at the moment but they have said that they're going to do a lot of their manufacturing over in the states

The risk comes in how you create a portfolio in this space, because you can get excited about all the biotech companies that say that they are developing these awesome drugs.
But as you said, the stats show that to get to market, to get commercialized, to get something actually up and running, the failure rates are pretty high.
