I do. I didn't blame the kid for throwing the football, knowing damn well. And you can see my old teammate, Antoine Randall, like, dude, like he's covered. Like I was trying to explain to the kid, like he's covered. Why would you throw the ball? And he's like, you see him trying to mummer or say something, kind of say something back. He's like, bro, it's not hard. He's covered. Don't throw it.
If he's uncovered, chuck it down there. ABC, bro. Simple as that.

Well, you know, I think for me, just knowing him, so I never, just for clarification, he, when I got to Hofstra, he was gone. He was off to the league, but he recruited me to Hofstra. And then once I got there, he took off. But fast forward, man, having known him for some time now, I think God's just respect is just, His ability to just be genuine, right?
Just be genuine and honest and keeping it a buck for the less lingered out there. Keeping it a buck means keeping it real, honest, and true. But I also think he's just done a great job everywhere he's gone. Valley, you talk about his time in Seattle. Even with his time in Atlanta when he got fired, all the guys I've ever known that I know that played for him, they just say he's just a genuine guy.
He just gives it to you straight. He never gives you no fluff. And you tell he cares about the man underneath the helmet rather than just the helmet itself. And that goes a long way with guys. I know it's cliche, but it goes a long way. When you're allowed to push the business aside and say, hey, man, what's going on with you?
Like they hugged, like they were in a soap opera. Like they embraced chest to chest, hip to hip. I mean, they, the guys love them, you know? And listen, there's nobody in the free world. I thought the commanders were going to be in this position. Nobody, nobody. I, I damn sure. I thought, I thought the commander was going to finish fourth in the division. Hands down.
They were damn good.
This is not done. I think you made a good point. It doesn't feel like he's being assisted, right? It seems like he's literally shouldering this franchise and putting his organization on his back on his way to an NFC championship.
And when you talk about the matchup that's coming up, the fact that the last time where we kind of crowned him like, oh, this kid is special was against what is week 12 against Philly. Right. Where he actually beat the Philadelphia Eagles in that second half of that game. I remember that fourth and 11. He was like, I'm talking this thing and I'm going to put this team on my back.
Like to see him do that in a multitude of ways, man. I'm like, yeah, the kid is special.
No, I know you're 100% right, and I apologize for cutting you off. No, he broke through the line, and he gets about 15 yards up, and he has to turn around to find somebody to block because he was like, there's nobody out here. I think the Eagles right now, man, were you impressed by the win?
Yeah, you did. I think right now, I looked at it from this fold. I mean, he was sacked four times in the first half. And overall, they gave up seven sacks. And I thought the offensive line would have I thought they would have did a better job past protect. I just did. I knew they were going to run the ball extremely well because they did early in the year.
