The World Cup story really started... I wanted to really make a whole day out of it.

So instead of just in and out and doing one week.

So I ended up going across to Phoenix, Arizona for a pal I hadn't seen in 22 years.

So...

I was there for a week and then I flew into Boston on the 18th to meet up with my brother and sister-in-law and other friends.

So I thought I had a ticket for the Morocco game and then it fell through.

And then the last minute I met a few of my mates from close by in Perth.

And basically about two hours before the game said, well, I've got a ticket.

And then, we're joking, so there's no big deal.

That was it.

I ended up in Morocco being in a brilliant area.

Grado was in front of me having a laugh.

Gary McAllister, you name it, was absolutely brilliant.

When the anthem came on, I was just like, tears running down my cheeks, if I'm being honest.

Last night, I thought I had a ticket.

My mate said to me, eh...

I should have a Brazil ticket, so I was thinking, that's brilliant, I forgot too, because the main one was to get to Brazil, so Scotland-Brazil, I've waited a long time.

I've come up for 59 years of age and to do this is an amazing experience.

So just, I basically fell through and

I didn't get a ticket, so I was gutted.
