First up, TikTok is exploring a feature that would allow users to send each other money in direct messages, a move signaling the app's expansion into financial services.
The evidence of the feature, which is already available in Southeast Asia as TikTok Pay, was found inside of code hidden in the current version of the platform's American iPhone app.
Plus, Amazon is planning to expand its drone delivery operation to at least five more states in the coming months.
Prime Air Drones will begin delivering packages in several new markets, including Chicago and Atlanta, with the expansion eventually reaching nearly 500 U.S.
cities and towns.
