But then at the same time, then you push on the supply side.
So basically, you are trying to address a uh demand side problem by further strengthening supply.
So then that will just make the whole deflationary scenario even worse.
Right.
So that's why we see this kind of massive increase in Chinese exports of uh all kinds of goods, like especially in EVs, in all these kind of new sectors.
sectors, but if you look at the prices of those sectors, prices of those products.
are falling at a very rapid pace.
So it that's clearly the try to solve the problem actually makes the problem
Right, right, exactly.
Yeah.
So I th I think China, uh China is interesting because China to me is a kind of uh is very interesting combination of being a command economy, but also it's extremely market-driven.
It's you know you know brutally competitive.
The China the the way it uh works in China is like obviously the government decides to support some policies, support some sectors, but then
they just leave that to the markets for them to to to compete.
So for example, in the EV sector.
All the big EV players today in China, most of them are private, right?
BYD, XPeng, Li Autos, all these kind of new EV players, they are all private.
So it's not really it from that from that point of view, it doesn't feel like the Soviet model.
But on the other hand, you are absolutely right.
If if they they have you know they have a supply-demand problem, but they try to strain the supply, then you're gonna have uh you know um even more deflation.
