He said, well, look, we are at war with money, German banks, reflecting the trade surpluses of the German economy.

We have a trade surplus.

A lot of money is coming into your banks.

The Germans didn't want to borrow that.

So what is the nightmare of a banker, Deutsche Bank?

Having money and nobody to borrow it from you.
