So we did put out some information, uh, really our plan is once the signs are going up, um, just timely, interesting, relevant to say, you're going to start seeing these signs, just a reminder about this campaign and why it's important and why it's important, um,

help panhandlers in other ways, other than to give directly to them, obviously.

The other piece of it is we're very excited, and I know Phyllis mentioned this, but now with the option for 311, I think some of the challenge was folks were feeling like they wanted to do something right there.

And now with the ability, and really appreciate DoIT, but with the ability for folks to call 311,

It will allow that call to get to the right place.

So it will either go to Phyllis and her team.

If it's a panhandler, it will go to the non-emergency line.

If it's a peddler, so I think that will be helpful as well.

So you'll start to, that's a long way of saying you'll start to see once the signs go up kind of a push for letting folks know the signs are up and letting them know about 311 and we'll kind of reinvigorate that campaign and

we've tweaked a little bit just in terms of, I think what we, the feedback we got last time.

Um, so we'll try to keep it fresh each time as well, but with the same messaging of give where it counts.

I think, and I don't want to still Richard's thunder, but, uh, the way VDOT doesn't want us because they can't be permanent to like actually drill into anything.

They have to be a certain material.

And you'll notice there are some holes up here of how we have to connect it to the poles because they have to be able to be moved.

So they are, I don't know the material exactly, but they're not metal.
