Dave, you've worked on a number of iconic movies and TV shows that feature puppets, including multiple movies from the Star Wars universe.

Can you tell me a little bit more about that?

Is this character, is he a game controller?

You know what is so fascinating about what you've just said as well is...

When you are dealing with main cast, with actors, and you're in charge of the puppet, you don't want to be the person who gets your lines wrong when you ain't got no lines.

You're meant to move your head and then the leg goes.

And then they have to start all over again.

And then you've got John Boyega like this guy.

Another firm fan favourite that you've worked on was Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.

Yeah.

Can you tell me about that?

You know what?

I was pregnant at the time, and I watched the last scene where the baby's like... Yeah, yeah, yeah.

And I worked on the film in the promotion, and they got me a onesie, you know, the Beetlejuice, and I thought, I can't put it on the kid though, because then she's going to bite my neck.

How has technology changed the way that you work?

I can imagine it's had some sort of impact.

I think we've learned our lesson.
