And then I remember him saying she abruptly shut the door, and he left.
Abruptly, that's all I heard. I didn't hear anything about, you know. But later on, as we got older, obviously that story would come out. And... We heard things like, well, that night the detectives came, they were showing him pictures. Of the crime scene? No. They showed a picture of the woman, Linda, and they asked him if that was the woman he met with, and he said no.
He said, no, this woman had really bright red hair.
Bright, bright red hair.
And he said that he'd only talked to her for a second, you know, and left the card. Well, the detectives found his card on the counter. And then he left, you know, he left and... He really didn't have much information other than that because they tracked him the rest of the day and confirmed, you know, his alibi to where he was.
It was always that weren't the same woman. It wasn't Linda I spoke to. And she was quick and abrupt. And time frames, I don't know.
I know, because... I heard the pod people talking about timeframes, and I was like, according to the detective, he was there in that timeframe.
Well, they figured the husband got home, what, 3 o'clock or something?
And they figured she had been killed two hours prior to that, so... You know what I'm saying? And I think his time frame was 12, 1 o'clock.

Yeah, I don't think he passed my father.
No, my father, he never stayed anywhere too long. He was, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, he was very aggressive, you know. And if you know Saxon's River at all, he hit the highway and he was going north. You know what I mean? So, again, like I said, I heard it like three or four times. You know what I'm saying? But if you listen to the pod men and some of the things they have online, I mean, for me, nothing adds up. whether it be speculation or not.
But I just go back to what I remember as a child, you know, and then later on in life, I remember him making a comment that Harry ******, the vice president, says, well, do I get a business attorney involved in this? And he's like... My father said, no, I didn't do anything. You know what I mean? I was probably at the wrong place, wrong time. For me, somebody knows something. Okay.
My father wasn't a liar. I think there's a woman involved there. And, you know, that's my opinion.
I'm going to be honest. He never said. He... He never talked about what he thought. I mean, obviously, I mean, even back then, you had the Connecticut Valley killings. You had the Route 10 thing down here, which is kind of close to home. And, you know, you had that. There was something else he talked about. I never even see anything online about it. You know what I mean? But there was weird...
He call it weird shit happening that way.
There would have been a company truck, yellow. They had Ford pickups. Ford pickups? Yeah, and they had the FWW on the side.
He never mentioned anything about a vehicle being there. Never even mentioned anything about a problem with the driveway. You know what I mean?
