Actually, I was talking to Zavin about this at SHM recently, is that one thing we don't teach in school or in residency is what labs must be explained or what labs are pivotal.
Like you can ignore a low chloride.
But you can't ignore a low SAG-SIDs.
Similarly, like you can ignore like a mildly elevated INR and with a presumed vitamin K deficiency, but you can't ignore like a PTT that's double.
And I think that's an area that maybe it's an area of growth in medicine.
Like maybe we can teach pivotal labs where like it's always the pivot or must be explained.
Only if we can not include chloride.
