The question is, what is your governance model?

So we launched the foundation in the U.S.

under the Biden administration.

And we said, well, the people that understand where the puck is going from a technology perspective are the crypto native companies.

And it's critical to have them at the table.

And at the same time, you need to get the TradFi organizations that again, I'm not here to say, should we get them on chain or not?

We are trying to do that.

That's what we want to do.

And if you want to do that,

and you want them to use your technology, you have to get their perspective.

You have to understand what are the daily problems that they deal with.

You need to understand what are bank holding regulations and what does that mean?
