There is so much truth in that.
We talk about shoulder-to-shoulder activities and I think that they're... You do?

But that's what men's sheds are.
You look at that as an incredible initiative that started in this country that has blown up across the globe.
There's a reason for it.
There is a great desire for men, you know, whether it's us or otherwise, to talk about things.
It just doesn't look and sound in this emotionally communicative, vulnerable way that we've boxed ourselves into thinking that mental health conversations must look like.
You know, especially with young guys, you're going to have this really beautiful journey of banter, lightness and darkness where he'll tell you something really full on and he will very quickly move to a new conversation because he doesn't want to stay there.
Yeah.
None of that.
Anyway, but no more of that.
But he will come back and that's about providing that space and not going, oh, he's avoidant.
I need to needle in on that, you know.
Instead going actually when your husband comes home from work and you say, how was your day?
And he says, shit.
And then you go, all right, good.
Is that all we've got?
