Spence is the president of hockey operations and the general manager of the Brantford Bulldogs.

He's my brother.

You're younger than me.

We grew up together.

We went to Michigan together.

He stayed for a year and then hurt his back and went into the hockey management side of things.

So he's been managing everything.

Junior A coaching etc has done everything and had the opportunity obviously to really take the reins of the Bulldogs when we purchased the club and he's run with it he built an unbelievable team last year I think we had a record five NHL already drafted first rounders along with

Caleb Malhotra, who we convinced to come at the start of the year, who went third overall to Vancouver.

And before that year, I think he was projected to be a third-round pick, and he ended up developing with us and becoming a third overall pick.

So great story there.

We hired Gary Roberts to run all of our player development, who all of us, myself, Connor, Leon, we all train with Gary in the summertime, so you get an NHL contract.

training and Gary's now VP of Hockey Office taking a more senior role and then recently we hired Brian Burke to be a senior advisor so we really have an unbelievable team around Spence and yeah I hope I don't lose Spence too soon he's doing too good of a job in Brantford.

And usually when you go as far as we did with the players that we did, you take a step back.

But the team that's coming next year, I think that's the most impressive thing that Spence has done is he's completely reloaded.

We have such talent coming next year.

I think we have three returning players and everybody else is going to be relatively new.

And we have an unbelievable import draft.

We're going to have a couple of first rounders.

And it's just that rule change, Bob, has really changed junior hockey with regards to now kids being able to go to college.
