I think they might have been the first for some stages along that journey.

Maybe start with a job to be done.

Doctors have a ton of clerical work that they have to do to document the visit that they have.

And it's not just about documenting.

It's also like the actions that they take have to be.

So maybe this, the big gorilla is notes.

You know, I'm a PhD advisor as a recently tenured professor.

And

You know, when I when I when I work with a student, I work with them for six years.

Every six months, I have to write like about a page and a half of like a report of how they're doing.

Doctors see a patient for 15 minutes and they have to write like a two and a half page report about what is going on with the patient.

And I complain about my paperwork.

It's a colossal burden.

They have to document the patient's story.

It's called like history of present illness.

They have to document in a very structured form their assessment and plan for each problem that the patient has.

They have to document the family history, the social history.

The past medical history, the family, I think I already said family.
