We play, um, someone else where they are.

I mean, I think the Durant price point might not be that high if he does get traded.

And I don't know that he is going to get traded.

Does Houston have to trade him?

I think absolutely they could.

I mean, they've been rumored in the honest, like on the fringes of the honest thing.

And everyone has been like, well, I mean, including me have said, why would Giannis go there?

Who is he playing with?

And I don't know the answer to that question other than the Nets probably think if we get Giannis, we can get somebody else.

We have infinite flexibility, tons of picks.

You know, when Sean Marks first got there and they were just so deep in the hole of picks owed to Boston and other places, they didn't do the thing where they got aggressive because they didn't control their pick and we have to save face a little bit.

They did the opposite and just ate it as a sunk cost.

And I wonder if they have the appetite to do that again.

I suspect that you will be right and they'll try to be a little bit more aggressive than that because that pick, it's a big asset and they've got the Phoenix stuff coming as well.

There's an argument to be made that they should just sit tight and see what Van Vliet looks like, see what the team looks like with Van Vliet, Durant, Steven Adams, keep the pick space what it is and just take another shot at it next year.

I think that's a, I mean, the three paths they have to me are Stan Pat,

trade Durant and or Van Vliet in deals that sort of just reset your timeline a little bit around the young guys or find the home run superstar.
