And there's very few assets ever to be developed right now that can do that.
Well, it's not going to happen.
And two, what they don't understand too is these leases and or these underwriting leverage points that they're using to finance are not like one and done things to where you can renegotiate it in 12 months or 24 months.
It's years.
Sometimes it's a decade or longer.
Forever or at minimum four years when things turn over six years, depending upon your state's legislator.
Right.
But like, that's the thing that people don't understand is like, you got to get it right the first time.
And you have to have these type of conversations so that you can actually use facts and data and not use opinions.

I mean, we have to look at it holistically, right?
People are tired of paying taxes.
People are tired of goods and services being more expensive.
Well, the money has to come from somewhere.
