But, you know, all good.
But, you know, we have, you know, picturesque views and we're driving on the road.
You come over a hill and you just see this magic.
Right.
And yeah, the last thing that we want, right, is to see it.
giant data center sitting there right and it ruining that view quote-unquote but also the last thing we want to do is see a 10,000 house
you know, subdivision being put in either that this clear cut of forest on the side of the road.
And so when you think about the infrastructure side of this, it's like, OK, well, we don't want to see those things, but also we're creating this ridiculous demand.
And so there's got to be a give and take, right?
There's got to be a way to be able to sit there and say, how do we have this thing that we are demanding more and more of?
But also not make it to where it negatively impacts the environment and negatively impacts our day to day.
Right.
I don't believe there is a world where that is completely mutually exclusive of each other.
There will be overlap and there will be things.
And like, I hate knowing that like somebody will be impacted by by a data center, but also.
somebody's impacted every time they build a road somebody's impacted every time they run an electrical electrical or fiber or pipe for water or natural gas somebody is impacted right and so there's not a world where that ever stops it's figuring out the best way to live with the infrastructure and the beautiful thing about this is you can make data centers look beautiful you can put them in very forested areas where you can't see them you can put them in in
And I'll call it more opportune areas.
But for that to happen, the local government and the local populace have to be smart about it.
Right.
They don't always get the choice where the next road goes, but they can have a good choice of where the next data center goes.
