And the first one's the hardest.
And the first one is always the hardest.
So it's like the ability for someone in a team to pull that off drastically dwindles down.
Because it's almost a game of attrition.
It's like, what's going to go wrong next?
And you see a lot more people bail out, if you want to call it that, or change their design or whatever from that middle market down.
Or they say, damn the torpedoes, and they go from that middle market all the way to bit.
Yeah, I mean, there's a lot of smart people and a lot of money all trying to figure out this this jigsaw puzzle upside down in the dark.
Right.
And the ones that come in either with established partnerships
or the ones that come in just knowing that they don't know everything, so they need partnerships, are the ones that are normally pretty successful.
The ones that come in and say, I've done this before, or when I was entered the name of the freaking hyperscaler, or, oh, we're fine because we went and brought a bunch of people from those hyperscalers or whatever, that's where things get a little interesting.
And I'm not going to sit here and say that, like, that combination equals failure.
No one's saying that.
But that combination does,
very quickly roll into complications.
Well, it makes you fragile, right?
They just all but guarantee success if executed well.
Exactly.
And that's where the two heads are better than one.
