I mean, especially like in the process of mixing them, like right after we record them, um, we'll spend a while, uh, you know, just getting them basically just to sound just, and I don't know what I'm talking about, but I just say dumb stuff.

knobs to turn and the faders to push to you know make it sound like i want it to sound um so we spent a bunch of time listening in that process once they're like once we actually release them i don't feel like i listen to them anymore but before then like i've got a bunch of stuff stacked up right now
that we haven't released yet and I like every now and then I'll just listen through those because I love them and you know trying to figure out what's going to be included on the next record and all this kind of thing so yeah I'll listen to them a good bit up until they're

Not that I didn't think it was great, but I mean, I Never Lie is my biggest song, and
I loved the song and thought it was phenomenal.
No one picked it to be like the big hit off the first record.
I had a handful picked out that I was like, these sound like hits.
These feel like, you know, a commercial hit that people will latch on to.
and that one, I don't know.
I thought that one was going to be like, this is my favorite off the album.
People aren't going to pay that much attention to it, but it's been, there's been a couple like that, that one.
And then, uh, use me as another song.
It's just like a slow, it's a cheating song.
It's a waltz.
